nikki's barely two months now and happily (for mommy) she sleeps through most of the night. she already does 4 or 5-hour stretches of sleep now. well, this is except for when she's wet or dirty (diaper) or has a nasty booger blocking her airway or rivers of snot coming out of her nose, or if just gets lonely and wants me to come get her and take her back to bed with me. other than that, though, she sleeps pretty well (buyag buyag). and if i'm really lucky, she sleeps a pretty good 7hour stretch. now, that is what you call a good night!!!! hahhaha!this is huge. mainly for me. from waking up almost every hour or two for the first few days at home, to not sleeping anywhere except on my chest and singing (more like humming) her a lullaby to this --- uninterrupted, peaceful (sometimes she even snores) 4-5 hour sleep. glory hallelujah! and i was really bracing myself to those sleepless nights and waking up the next day looking more like a zombie. i really thought i still had to work on the sleep debt i had accumulated during her first few weeks. oh, i just hope she stays this way ... even better. *crossing fingers* (and toes nlang pud para ma-sure! hahhaha!)
