head under water

i'm coming up for air.

i've been feeling like drowning for the past few months. been busy. so busy. between working full time as a mom and wife (hey, it's a real job keeping up with these two, dwight and nikki!), to keeping up with appointments and running errands, to having guests and taking trips, to keeping touch (or at least trying to)  with family and friends, my head has been way way undewater.

not that i'm complaining. it's just that it's difficult to breathe when you're down there for so long.

so I'm sticking my head up to say hi and tell you i'm back ... well, almost back. i still have stuff to do, a birthday to plan, a trip to make, and people coming over. not to mention sites to do-over and mails to read and friends to meet. haaay! the list never ends.

anyway, i'll see you guys here soon =)
